My name is Isobelle and I have lived with mental health, namely Bipolar Disorder and GAD, my entire life. I am also a single mother to 3 beautiful children; we are finding our way in the world whilst learning to live with a mental health condition that isn’t going away.
Now is the time to share my struggles and woes to hopefully give help and support to other people struggling with an invisible illness. You’re not alone, you can live a fulfilled live with an invisible illness and it is most definitely OK to not be OK.
